Agricultural Technical Manager

Dr. Chea Leangsrun currently serves as the Agricultural Technical Manager at the Center of Excellence on Sustainable Agricultural Intensification and Nutrition (CE SAIN), Faculty of Agricultural Education and Communications of the Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia. He is responsible for providing management, strategic direction, and technical assistance to ensure that the programs of CE SAIN are designed and implemented consistently with the highest quality and in adherence to appropriate technical standards, guidelines, and strategies. He coordinates various activities including agricultural technology demonstration, agricultural education and extension, and youth engagement and networking in agriculture. Prior to this position, he served a lecturer and researcher at the Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia by offering several courses for undergraduate program and working with research projects in the context of sustainable crop production intensification. He obtained his Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences (specializing in crop nutritional physiology) and Master of Sciences in Sustainable International Agriculture (specializing in tropical agriculture) at the University of Goettingen, Germany, and Bachelor of Sciences in Agronomy at the Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia.
